Service Delivery Policy

Digital Service, No Physical Shipping

RankLocal is a fully digital software-as-a-service platform. We do not sell or ship any physical products. There are no shipping fees, delivery addresses, or carriers involved. All services are delivered electronically through your RankLocal account at ranklocal.cc.

Account Access & Activation

• Free plan: access is granted immediately after you create and verify your account.
• Paid plans: your account is upgraded and paid features are unlocked immediately after your payment is successfully processed, typically within a few minutes.

How Your Website Is Delivered

After you complete the website creation wizard, RankLocal generates your site and delivers it to you within your account. Generation typically completes within minutes, depending on the number of pages and locations. Once ready, your website is delivered in the following ways:

• Available in your dashboard, where you can preview and open it in the built-in editor;
• Downloadable as a complete website package (a ZIP file of your site);
• Deployable with one click to supported hosting platforms (Netlify, Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, or Surge), or pushable to GitHub, with optional custom-domain connection.

For larger state-level or nationwide sites, generation may take longer and runs in stages; progress is shown in your dashboard and the work resumes automatically until complete.

Delivery Timeframes

• Account and feature access: immediate after signup or payment.
• Single-city websites: typically a few minutes to generate.
• State-level and nationwide websites: from several minutes up to a few hours, depending on scope.

If a generation does not complete due to a technical issue, you can resume or regenerate it from your dashboard, and our support team can assist.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control, including the availability of third-party providers used for AI generation, hosting, and deployment.
