These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RankLocal website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by RankLocal ("RankLocal", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Description of the Service

RankLocal is an AI-powered platform that generates multi-page websites for local businesses, including written content, location pages, images, and structured data, and provides tools to edit, deploy, and manage those websites. A full list of features is available on our Products & Services page. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Plans, Billing & Renewals

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the plan you select. All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or harmful;
• Misrepresent a business, location, credentials, or affiliation;
• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• Resell or redistribute the Service except as permitted by your plan (for example, white-label use on the Pro plan).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your Content & Ownership of Generated Sites

You retain ownership of the business information you provide and of the websites generated for you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you publish is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. Because content is generated using AI, you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing or deploying it.

6. API Keys & Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for AI content generation, image sourcing, email delivery, security, hosting, and deployment. If you provide your own API key (for example, on the free plan), it is stored using encryption and used only to generate content on your behalf. Your use of third-party providers may also be subject to their respective terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on the providers we use.

7. No Guarantee of Results

RankLocal builds websites with search-engine-optimized structure and content. However, search rankings, traffic, leads, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and your own market. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, position, traffic volume, or business outcome.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankLocal and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RankLocal from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
