RankLocal sells software subscriptions, usage credits, and other digital services. We do not sell or ship physical goods. No courier, shipping fee, or physical delivery address applies to a RankLocal order.
We deliver purchases through the RankLocal account connected to the email address used at checkout. After we confirm payment, subscription access or purchased credits appear in the customer dashboard. Generated websites are available in the dashboard and may be downloaded as a ZIP file or deployed to a supported hosting provider.
Paid access and credits are normally added within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Website generation time depends on the number of pages and locations requested. Most single-city websites finish within minutes, while larger sites can take up to a few hours. Progress appears in the customer dashboard.
If a completed payment is not reflected in your account, email us from your account email address. Include the payment date, amount, and transaction reference. Do not send a full card number, PIN, password, or one-time passcode.
