Refund & Return Policy

RankLocal provides digital software services. Because we want you to be confident in your purchase, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid plans, as described below. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one. Note that RankLocal does not sell physical goods, so no returns or shipping of products apply.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid RankLocal plan (Basic or Pro), you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases of a plan. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@ranklocal.cc from the email address associated with your account within the 7-day window. Please include:

  • Your account email
  • The plan you purchased and the date of purchase
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional, but it helps us improve)

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider. We will confirm by email once the refund has been issued.

What Is Not Eligible

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase.
  • Renewal charges for subscriptions you did not cancel before the renewal date (you can cancel anytime in your account settings to avoid future charges).
  • The free plan, which involves no payment.
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent or abusive use.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund outside the 7-day window described above.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first, we are happy to help and resolve issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer rights you may have under applicable law. This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
